To claim items during a The Crystal Collab Live Sale, new customers are required to pay a $10 Live Sale Deposit when making their first claim.

Your $10 deposit is not an additional charge — it will be deducted from the total of your Live Sale order.

The deposit helps us ensure that items are being claimed by genuine buyers and prevents unpaid claims from stopping other customers from purchasing items they wanted.

HOW IT WORKS

Once you make your first successful claim during the Live Sale, please purchase this $10 deposit.

You can then continue claiming throughout the Live Sale as normal.

When the Live Sale has finished, we will create your order and your $10 deposit will be credited toward your final total.

LIVE SALE CLAIMING RULES

By claiming an item during our Live Sale, you are committing to purchase that item.

  • Each item will be allocated a claim number by the host. Enter the claim number shown — not the price.
  • The first correct claim appearing on the host's feed wins the item.
  • Due to internet lag, comments may appear in a different order on your screen. The host will verbally confirm the successful claimant and the host's decision is final.
  • Please only claim items you genuinely intend to purchase.
  • No put-backs or trades are permitted during or after the Live Sale.
  • Your completed Live Sale order must be paid within 24 hours of the Live Sale ending.
  • Unpaid orders will be cancelled and the items returned for sale.
  • Customers who claim items and fail to complete payment will be blocked from participating in future Live Sales.

IMPORTANT

Claiming prevents another customer from purchasing that item, so please be considerate of our hosts and fellow customers.

We absolutely love making our Live Sales fun, fast-paced and welcoming for everyone — and these rules help us keep them that way.
