Every order is packed with great care.

Payment is required within 24 hours to secure your order. This ensures fairness to all customers, as many items are in high demand.
Live sale orders are collected on Sunday afternoons, and packing begins on Mondays.
Packing usually takes 1–7 business days, depending on order volume.
Once packed, you will receive a tracking number via email or text message.

Please note: During peak periods such as holidays or major sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Australia Wide Shipping

$9.95 – Standard: 3–6 working days
$14.95 – Express: 1–5 working days
$4.95 – Local Deliveries: 2–4 working days
FREE – Pick up: 2–4 working days

Delivery timeframes are in addition to processing time.

International Shipping

Shipping Time: 2–3 weeks
Price: Calculated by size and weight of the box. A separate shipping invoice will be sent after checkout.

International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes.

Once parcels are dispatched, The Crystal Collab is no longer responsible for transit delays or damages.

Returns & Exchanges

All items are carefully checked before dispatch and are sold exactly as shown during the live sale.
Please review items closely before claiming, as all purchases are final.

No refunds or exchanges will be offered for change of mind or for items damaged during transit.
Once parcels leave our hands, we are not responsible for breakages or mishandling by the courier.
While refunds are not provided, store credits may be issued at our discretion for approved cases.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, a $10 cancellation fee will apply.
