Refunds & Returns Policy

All items purchased from The Crystal Collab are carefully selected and checked over before being packaged and sent to our customers.
Each piece is sold exactly as shown during the live sale, so please review items closely before claiming, as all purchases are final.

Transit Issues & Damages

Once an item has been dispatched, we are no longer responsible for any damage, breakage, or transit issues that may occur.
Please refer to your tracking number and contact the relevant courier directly with any delivery enquiries.
While refunds are not provided, store credits may be issued at the discretion of The Crystal Collab for approved cases.

Important: No refunds or exchanges will be offered for change of mind or for items damaged during transit.


Sale Items

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits for sale items under any circumstances.


Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, a $10 cancellation fee will apply.
